Founded by Hannah Greene, LCSW, the practice blends traditional therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with performance psychology principles to support confidence, emotional regulation, resilience, and stress management.
